canada goose black friday sale I remember coming home from canada goose outlet phone number school and doing homework, THEN, it was television time!! Whatever happened to creativity and originality in creating television shows? I can remember shows like Gilligan’s Island, The Beverly Hillbillies (I could relate to Ellie May collecting her «critters!»), My canada goose uk Three Son’s, I Love Lucy, Petticoat Junction, Mayberry, and Green Acres. Today it seems as if our «choices» are Real Housewives of_________ (insert name of city here). This, along with CSI __________ (insert name of city here). canada goose outlet store near me We seem to be limited to people being rude, «in your face», canada goose outlet in toronto graphic, violent and gory these days. It seems that in some ways, those were more «innocent» times. canada goose black friday sale
buy canada goose jacket On weekends and when nothing «good» was on television, we’d play outside! Especially in the summertime. I remember roller skating DOWN a big hill on the street we lived on, the roller skates had a «key» to tighten them! They went over your shoes, the length adjusted with a metal sliding thing (technical term! . laughing.). You’d adjust the metal toe canada goose outlet in chicago clasps, and once they canada goose outlet toronto address were on tight, you were OFF! Skating anywhere you wanted to go, no helmets canada goose outlet england or pads. Although, I DO think helmets https://www.gooseyou.com and pads are a fantastic thing to have these days, so score a point or two for the 21st century! The way we did it «back then» was kind of canada goose outlet nyc dangerous and allowed for some nasty injuries! buy canada goose jacket

I grew up in a small town (at least back THEN it was small). the «downtown» area was just one street with only a few blocks of shops. I’d go inside and anxiously count how much money I had, and did I have enough. Oh I HOPE I have enough. I DO!! I can buy my FAVORITE candy bar, a «Seven Up» bar!! Ummmm, I sure could go for one of those today, but alas, they are NOT made any more! My friends now look at me like I’m crazy when I share memories of this candy bar. seven distinct sections covered in milk chocolate, and INSIDE of each section was a different flavor. orange jelly, maple, caramel, brazil nut, fudge, coconut and cherry creme. oh what I would GIVE to have one of those now. Later in the afternoon, it canada goose sale uk was time to create a neighborhood «play»! We would dress up in outfits, and make up «stories» and «star» in our own play! A silly game? Absolutely! Fun? Absolutely!
I remember dressing up our dog, «Snoopy» (a beagle mix) in little outfits. that poor puppy. She was so patient and put up with all of our «hi jinx’. canada goose coats on sale If the weather forced us indoors, we would play rousing games of «Operation», «Candyland», «Sorry», or «Monopoly». thankfully, these games ARE still around for the younger generation to enjoy. I would jump every time I would hit that «buzzer» when removing «parts» in that Operation game. I guess that’s why I am NOT a surgeon today! You have to have steady hands for that. I would stay in my room for hours writing in my «diary». and I even taught myself to play guitar. I never kept up with that, so I’ve forgotten how to do it, but if I had canada goose outlet in new york kept up with it. maybe I would have been one of the «Go Go’s»! And whatever happened to that diary goose outlet canada anyway?? Gulp. I better check the Internet. the «Internet» didn’t exist back in those days either, which was probably a GOOD thing. canada goose coats on sale
